Definition
A set of related multiplication and division sentences using the same three numbers. The product sits at the apex; the two factors sit at the base.
Examples
- 3, 4, 12 → 3 × 4 = 12, 4 × 3 = 12, 12÷3 = 4, 12÷4 = 3.
- 5, 6, 30 → 5 × 6 = 30, 6 × 5 = 30, 30÷5 = 6, 30÷6 = 5.
