- Lesson 1 Additive Inverse & Opposites I can identify additive inverses, explain why opposite quantities combine to make 0, and find p + q as the number |q| units from p on a number line.
- Lesson 2 Adding Integers I can add integers on a number line, with zero pairs, and with the rules for same signs and different signs.
- Lesson 3 Subtracting Integers I can subtract integers by adding the opposite, and find the distance between two integers on a number line as the absolute value of their difference.
- Lesson 4 Multiplying Integers I can multiply integers using the sign rules, and find the sign of a product of several integers by counting its negative factors.
- Lesson 5 Dividing Integers I can divide integers using the sign rules, check each quotient with multiplication, and explain why dividing by 0 is undefined.
- Lesson 6 Order of Operations with Integers I can find the value of integer expressions with ( ) and [ ]: grouping symbols from the inside out, then × and ÷, then + and −, each from left to right, giving every step its sign.
- Lesson 7 Integer Operations Word Problems I can write a word problem as one expression with signed integers, work it in order with the sign rule for each operation, and say what the sign of the answer means.
