A table that displays counts of data classified by two categorical variables, with inner cells showing combinations and margins showing row and column totals.

Examples

  • Rows for 'Likes Dogs/Dislikes Dogs', columns for 'Likes Cats/Dislikes Cats'.
  • Inner cells are joint counts; edges are marginal totals.
